Senior Product Designer (Agency)

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design across high-visibility digital projects. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered, visually compelling experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the full product design lifecycle from discovery through delivery Translate business and user needs into intuitive design solutions Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate within Agile teams across Product and Engineering Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and clients Contribute to and evolve design systems and best practices Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in Product or UX Design Prior experience working in a digital or creative agency environment Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design work Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) Experience with user research and usability testing Excellent communication and presentation skills
