Silverfort is seeking a Website Growth & Conversion Manager to help evolve our corporate website into a high-performing digital growth engine. This role will focus on improving user experience, increasing engagement, and driving stronger conversion across inbound and campaign traffic. You will work cross-functionally with Growth, Paid Media, Brand, and Web teams to build and optimize high-impact web experiences. This is a hands‑on role for a digitally-savvy marketer who enjoys building, testing, and continuously improving website performance.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize high-converting landing pages in WordPress and Elementor to support campaigns, paid programs, and key growth initiatives

Improve on-site conversion through testing, experimentation, form optimization, and CTA strategy

Identify opportunities across the website to enhance user journeys, reduce friction, and increase engagement

Partner with paid search, paid social, and ABM teams to ensure landing experiences align with traffic intent and campaign goals

Collaborate with Brand and Design to ensure strong UX, messaging clarity, and visual consistency

Work with web and development teams to implement enhancements while independently managing routine page builds and updates

Support organic performance by implementing AI SEO and traditional SEO best practices and optimizing site structure

Monitor website analytics and share insights to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, website optimization, or growth marketing in a B2B environment

Proven experience building and optimizing landing pages that improve engagement and conversion

Strong understanding of CRO principles, UX best practices, and performance-focused messaging

Hands‑on experience in WordPress (Elementor preferred)

Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website performance best practicesExperience using analytics and testing tools to inform optimization decisions

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently and collaborate cross-functionally
