Support retail marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
Communicate product benefits clearly and confidently
Assist with the sales process and customer experience
Work with the team to meet performance goals

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and people skills
Interest in sales, marketing, and retail
Positive, goal-driven attitude
Retail or sales experience is a plus, not required
