The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is a global community of more than 18,000 business owners in 220+ chapters worldwide. EO South Florida is one of the most active and dynamic chapters, known for its vibrant events, collaborative learning, and deep member connections.
We’re seeking a Relationship Manager who will serve as the heart of our member experience — building meaningful connections, increasing engagement, and ensuring every EO member feels supported and valued throughout their journey.
Position Summary The Relationship Manager is the bridge between EO South Florida’s members, leadership, and partners. This person ensures that every member feels connected, supported, and inspired throughout their EO journey — helping the chapter deliver transformational experiences that drive business growth and personal impact.
What You’ll Do Be the primary point of contact for all Members and Accelerators.
Build genuine connections with members and Accelerators through ongoing conversations, check‑ins, and event interactions.
Develop and maintain a proactive communication rhythm with all Members and Accelerators ensuring personalized outreach at least quarterly, with real‑time follow‑up on milestones such as renewals, transitions, and engagement shifts.
Understand each member’s personal and professional goals to help them maximize their EO experience.
Identify members who may be at risk of disengaging and proactively re‑engage them.
Encourage collaboration and participation in EO programs (Forum, One‑to‑Ones, MyEO, etc.).
Attend EO South Florida events, which encompass all 3 counties, manage event check‑ins, and gather feedback.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new members and coordinate with Navigators.
Promote EO Global and Regional learning.
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen member satisfaction and community bonds.
Attend Trifecta meetings.
Assist with Forum Placement.
Maintain Member profiles with updated information.
Contact every Member and Accelerator at least once per quarter.
Keep Members and Accelerators up to date with chapter SAP’s.

Detail‑oriented and proactive in communication.
Experienced in relationship management, community engagement, or member services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable engaging with entrepreneurs in event settings.
You’re located in South Florida.
