Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position for a Sales Professional based in Rock Hill, SC, with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Professional will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, generating and qualifying leads, creating tailored sales proposals, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with clients, team members, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and customized HVAC solutions. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and account management

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software

Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions

Time management and organizational skills to meet sales targets and manage multiple clients

Familiarity with HVAC systems, industry practices, or similar technical sales experience is preferred

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus

A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required
