We are seeking a data-driven UX Researcher with strong expertise in quantitative methods to join our product team. This role will focus on designing, executing, and analyzing large-scale studies that uncover actionable insights about user behavior, product usability, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure our decisions are grounded in evidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute quantitative research studies, including surveys, experiments, A/B tests, and large-scale behavioral data analyses.
  • Develop metrics frameworks to measure usability, engagement, and satisfaction across product experiences.
  • Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods (e.g., regression, factor analysis, clustering, ANOVA).
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for product and design teams.
  • Partner with data science and analytics teams to integrate UX metrics into dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to track product performance over time.
  • Support qualitative research when needed (usability testing, interviews, diary studies) to complement quantitative insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX research with a strong emphasis on quantitative methods.
  • Proficiency in statistical software/tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, SQL).
  • Experience designing and analyzing surveys and experiments at scale.
  • Strong ability to communicate statistical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with qualitative methods and mixed-methods approaches is a plus.
