UX Researcher I
Location: Lehi, UT Contract

Overview:
Seeking a UX Researcher with 2+ years of experience and a background in Human Factors, HCI, Psychology, or a related field. Must have hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, digital product environments, and setting up new UX research tools and processes. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and promote UX research tools, processes, and best practices across product teams.
• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
• Develop customer journeys, personas, profiles, and experience maps.
• Translate research findings into clear, compelling insights and narratives.
• Foster customer-centric thinking across teams and long-term projects.
• Partner with external vendors on scoping, budgeting, and deliverables.
