As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams and organizations in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define, build out & cultivate adoption of our UX research toolkit & best practices across product teams
• Lead research work on both qualitative / quantitative and offline / online projects
• Create customer journeys, customer profiles, personas, experience maps
• Translate insights into compelling stories, using a variety of communication methods to trigger diverse internal audiences to ac
• Develop and grow a sense of customer centricity across long term innovation projects teams and stakeholders
• Work with external agencies on scope of work, budgeting, deliverables
• This role requires a blend of technical expertise, coaching skills, and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
