Salary up to $65,000 + % of sales commission
A premier private club in the Nashville area is seeking an Events Manager to lead the planning, sales, and execution of private events, member events, weddings, banquets, and golf outings. This role is highly client‑facing and central to revenue growth and event excellence.
Responsibilities of the Events Manager:
Generate new event business through outreach, networking, and site inspections.
Manage event planning from concept to completion, including BEOs, layouts, staffing, and timelines.
Lead weekly coordination meetings with operational teams.
Serve as primary contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with members and vendors.
Track event revenue, costs, and profitability; assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications of the Events Manager:
2–3 years of event management or banquet sales experience; hospitality or private club background preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with event software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
