Salary: $62,000–$72,000 annually | Full-Time | Onsite | Monroeville, PA

Key Responsibilities:
- Post and apply high‑volume daily customer payments with speed and accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable balances, including short and partial payments
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding payment activity
- Assist with collections outreach when needed
- Use Excel to reconcile data, analyze discrepancies, and support AR reporting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts receivable or accounting experience
- Solid understanding of debits, credits, and journal entry concepts
- Career curiosity and desire to grow beyond AR over time
