About the Role
The Company is in search of a seasoned Regional Vice President of Sales to lead the charge in driving enterprise-level corporate travel and technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating regional growth, expanding enterprise market share, and building a high-performing sales organization. This senior revenue leader will own new business development, strategic account expansion, and overall regional revenue performance, with a focus on mid-market to global accounts.
Key responsibilities for the role include driving regional revenue growth, recruiting and leading a team of senior sales directors, and overseeing forecasting, reporting, and sales performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, deep knowledge of corporate travel operations, SaaS travel technology, and supplier ecosystems, and a strong executive presence with experience in C-suite engagement. Expertise in strategic sales planning, channel development, and pipeline management, as well as financial acumen in pricing, contract negotiation, and ROI analysis, are also essential. The role requires the ability to close complex, high-value service travel management services and to support global bid development and cross-functional initiatives. Travel may be necessary to support clients and team performance.
