Key Responsibilities for Enrollment Specialist
- Lead Medicare / Medicaid enrollment and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Support data management, software tools, or system implementations related to enrollment workflows
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline project operations
- Experience with Medicare / Medicaid enrollment with facility engagement, AR, and healthcare finance processes
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, data management, or software implementations
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, HIM or similar (Strongly Preferred), CRCP, CPC certifications (Strongly Preferred)
