Order Processing Specialist
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking an Order Processing Specialist. This hybrid role is located at our Waukesha, WI facility. No relocation assistance will be provided. The expected annual salary range for this role is $56,000 - $83,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The primary function of the Order Processing Specialist is to be a skilled technical communicator who manages order cleansing and engineering order packet creation. In this role you will: Review and validate quotes and purchase orders for accuracy (pricing, specifications, quantities, terms, lead times, and special customer requirements). Collaborate with sales, product specialists, engineering, and rep agencies to resolve order discrepancies. Convert quotations to orders and create complete engineering packets, communicating all special design and production requirements. Process customer change orders, holds, and cancellations for open sales orders. Support and provide feedback on quotation tools and systems to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement. Apply knowledge of transformer industry standards (ANSI, IEEE, CSA, NEMA). Act as liaison between engineering, marketing, scheduling, and customers to ensure on-time delivery. Track metrics, analyze data, apply lean principles, support ISO work instructions, and contribute to team workload completion.
