Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities

Our Sales Coordinators support the sales team by handling day-to-day administrative and pre-sale activities that help keep deals moving and customers supported. This position works closely with outside sales, operations, and accounting to ensure a smooth sales process.

  • Prepare basic quotes and assist with order entry
  • Follow up on leads, customer requests, and open items
  • Coordinate information between vendors, sales, operations, and customers
  • Navigate customer, vendor, and bid/RFQ portals
  • Support the sales team with general administrative tasks
