Outbound Appointment Setters
to join our fast‑growing, remote sales team. If you’re someone who loves people, thrives on discipline, and wants to earn based on how hard you work—not just the hours you log—this could be for you! You’ll be calling real estate agents across the U.S. and locking in free first shoots with our partner photographers. Every booking = commission. No waiting for paid deals to close; every free shoot you book earns you a commission.
This is a
FULLY remote position.
What You’ll Do
Call, text, and email real estate agents
Book free photo shoots onto our clients' schedules
Go through lists of active listings and identify agent needs
Track results, get feedback, and sharpen your pitch
Daily Minimum KPIs
3 – 8 triages booked from outbounds
Maintain a 5% or higher conversion rate

1+ year in appointment setting, cold calling, SDR/BDR, or door‑to‑door sales
Customer‑facing experience (retail, hospitality, call center)

High‑speed Wi‑Fi and a working computer
Compensation
Commission‑only (1099 contractor)
Avg: $2,500 – $4,000/month
Weekly performance bonuses
Full sales training and ongoing coaching provided
