We’re seeking

Event Assistants

to manage day-of event operations and provide an

exceptional customer experience

while representing our clients and charitable programs. This is an

entry-level role

What You’ll Do:

Provide information about charities, programs, and initiatives

Maintain strong knowledge of charity accomplishments, on-site projects, fundraising, and sponsorships

Conduct presentations to new target audiences at events and retail activations

Help achieve sponsorship targets and donor retention goals

Ensure events run smoothly and professionally
