Real Estate Paralegal

We are recruiting for a paralegal to assist with a law firm client's real estate group. This position requires experience in the areas of real estate (title & survey review), finance (loan documentation), and general knowledge of the legal process as it relates to the financial services associated with a real estate transaction. Previous experience with a title company, financial institution, or legal service provider is required.
Responsibilities
Drafting leases, purchase contracts, easements, deeds, and other real property related documents.
Reviewing and understanding title work and surveys
Coordination and preparing documents for closings
Assist with development projects
Communicate with clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal education preferred
