A well-established legal team is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in title review, survey review, and preparation of real estate-related documents. Candidates with prior experience at a title company or law firm are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Review title commitments and related documents
Analyze land surveys for accuracy and potential issues
Review easements and title documents to identify building and use restrictions impacting construction
Prepare draft leases and title-related documents
Handle title-related tasks independently, accurately, and efficiently
Coordinate with internal team members while managing multiple deadlines and priorities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal credentials
Prior experience as a paralegal or title professional handling real estate transactions
Strong knowledge of title and survey review processes
Previous experience with a title company or law firm strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
