We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Customer Service Professional to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting customers and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll Do:
Provide day-to-day customer support and account assistance Provide orders, quotes, and follow up on inquiries Coordinate with outside sales reps and manufacturer partners Track orders, shipments, and project updates Help maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage details Inside sales, customer service, or industry experience preferred Proficiency with email spreadsheets, and Quickbooks online is a plus! Work with a respected independent rep agency representing leading manufacturers Collaborative, team-focused environment Opportunity to grow within sales and account management
