As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for showing and leasing available residential properties, managing lease agreements, and assisting in daily property management tasks. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing tenant inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining tenant relationships and contributing to the overall success of the properties.
Qualifications
Experience in Residential Leasing and Lease Administration
Strong knowledge of Property Management practices
Proven skills in Customer Service and tenant relations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with real estate laws and local housing regulations is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
