Full-Time Salary:
$55,000 to $62,000 per year Duties and Responsibilities
Answer all calls that come in through the PerformCare line
Answer all Warmline calls
Deescalate crisis calls as needed
Complete Intakes and upload them into Call Log
Upload all Intakes into Awards
Open and admit all youth in the CFS EHR - Awards System
Cancel all the canceled dispatches across all platforms
Assist with PE/ 3560
Run progress note reports and follow ups with CIS
Assist Administrative Assistant with monthly follow up calls
Assist with monthly file reviews as needed
Qualifications
Bachelors in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, special education)
Must be energetic, organized and able to work as part of a team, and be culturally competent and responsive.
Must have a car, valid driver's license
Excellent communication, organizational and assessment skills.
Excellent writing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
