We’re looking for a Sales Development Intern who wants to contribute to our mission of making sports safer while learning from world‑class operators in the sporting goods industry. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment where your work directly impacts athlete safety on the field.

What you’ll do. We’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Intern to join our sales team for Summer 2025. This role offers hands‑on experience in B2B and B2C sales within the sports safety industry, with a focus on outreach and prospecting to youth and high school football programs nationwide. You’ll play a key role in expanding our market reach by identifying opportunities and scheduling qualified meetings for our Regional Managers.

Responsibilities.

Conduct outbound prospecting to youth and high school football programs through phone, email, and social media outreach

Research and identify potential customers including athletic directors, coaches, and program administrators

Qualify leads and schedule meetings between prospects and Regional Managers to discuss Guardian Cap and LOOP protective equipment solutions

Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and interactions in HubSpot CRM

Help maintain and clean CRM data in HubSpot, including updating contact information, removing duplicates, and ensuring data accuracy

Collaborate with Regional Managers to understand customer needs and refine outreach messaging

Support the development of prospecting campaigns and outreach templates

Track and report on key metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and meetings scheduled

Who you are.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (rising junior or senior preferred)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly activity goals

Comfortable with high‑volume outreach and phone‑based communication

Interest in sports, particularly football, and passion for athlete safety

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ability to learn CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus)

Organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through

Previous sales, customer service, or outreach experience is a plus but not required

Schedule: Onsite M‑F, 9:00‑5:00 PM ET

Dates: May 27, 2026 – August 7, 2026
