Role Description We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our New York City Metropolitan Area office. The paralegal will assist with various tasks including the preparation of legal documents, performing due diligence, managing title insurance matters, and handling leases and commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys to ensure that all aspects of real estate transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and conducting Due Diligence for real estate transactions.
Experience working with Title Insurance and managing associated processes.
Knowledge of handling Leases and other property-related agreements.
Understanding of Residential Real Estate laws, practices, and documentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with legal teams and clients.
Familiarity with real estate and legal technology tools is an advantage.
A paralegal certificate or equivalent education and significant experience in real estate law is preferred.
