We are seeking a detail-oriented
Graphics Coordinator
to manage customer artwork throughout the pre‑press process and ensure the integrity of approved graphics for printing. This role works closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to deliver high-quality printed products.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and manage customer art files for print readiness
Order bases and cylinders; order back‑up cylinders based on volume needs
Create set‑up sheets to guide Pre‑Make Cylinder, Ink, and Press teams
Organize and maintain the tooling library
Coordinate customer approvals for new graphics and inks
Conduct occasional customer visits to verify requirements and specifications
Visit engravers as needed to review engraving specifications
Ensure all work complies with the company’s quality management system
Safety & Compliance
Follow all company EHS policies and procedures
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials and waste
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
High school diploma required
2–3 years of experience in
gravure printing
preferred
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage changing schedules and artwork
Ability to interpret written, verbal, and visual instructions
Effective communication skills across multiple levels of the organization
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift up to 25lbs
Requires close, distance, and color vision
Work environment includes exposure to noise, fumes, moving mechanical parts, and chemicals
