Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to drive digital and AI transformation initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on turning complex, unstructured data from SAP, supplier systems, and shop floor operations into meaningful dashboards, actionable insights, and automated solutions that enable faster, data-driven decision‑making. If you enjoy building dashboards from scratch, partnering with stakeholders, and eliminating manual processes through automation—this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
Develop interactive dashboards and reports to improve business visibility and performance. Analyze program schedules, sourcing data, shop floor operations, and financial data. Deliver actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions. KPI Development & Performance Management
Design and maintain KPIs for executive and program reviews. Enable real‑time performance tracking and data‑driven decision‑making. Support evaluation of supply chain and operational initiatives. Systems, Pipelines & Process Optimization
Enhance and manage BI tools (Power BI, Palantir Foundry, etc.). Build and maintain scalable data pipelines. Automate manual reporting and repetitive system processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. Translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience, OR 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science. Expertise in Power BI and experience with Palantir Foundry. Experience working with SAP / SAP S4 HANA data. Strong SQL skills (backend/data querying). Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, or Microsoft Fabric. Experience building scalable data pipelines for reporting and analytics. Proven ability to take projects from stakeholder requirements → proof of concept → full delivery. Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with Python or R. Exposure to AI/ML applications in analytics. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools. Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour. Experience: Power BI: 4 years (Required); SAP S/4HANA: 4 years (Required); SQL: 4 years (Required). Location: Camden, NJ 08103 (Required). Work Location: In person.
