About the Role
This is a
freight brokerage pricing role—not general pricing or FP&A. We are seeking a
Senior Pricing Analyst with direct brokerage experience
who understands how freight actually moves, how lanes price in real markets, and how to build bids that are both
competitive and executable . You will own
RFP/RFQ pricing strategy
across truckload networks, partnering closely with Sales and Carrier Services to win and scale business. What You’ll Do Own
end-to-end RFP/RFQ pricing
for truckload freight Build
lane-level pricing
using carrier costs, DAT/Truckstop trends, and historical shipment data Determine where to price
aggressively vs. protect margin Partner with Carrier Sales to validate
capacity and real carrier rates Translate pricing into
clear strategy for sales teams to win bids Conduct
post-bid win/loss and margin analysis Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) 3+ years of experience in a freight brokerage environment
(pricing, operations, or carrier sales) Direct experience working with: Load boards (DAT, Truckstop) Experience supporting or owning
RFP/RFQ bids in a brokerage setting Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, pivots, scenario analysis) What Sets You Apart You understand
