Rail Practice Group (RPG) - Associate Portfolio Manager
This individual will be responsible for providing the highest quality service to RPG clients and reports directly to the RPG Director, Real Estate Services. This individual will be a direct point of contact and have direct responsibility and accountability for processing and managing new permits within an assigned geographic territory. This individual is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the management of their assigned territory in a manner that is consistent with the client’s goals and RPG processes. Manage and be the direct point of contact for a portfolio of client owned real estate within an assigned geographic territory: Effectively manage the transaction activity process related to new permits Update and maintain the information related to your projects in the transaction databases Maintain ongoing communication with client via written/verbal updates and reports in a timely manner Analyze and manage client’s portfolio in a proactive manner by proposing transactions that will assure maximum value-added results for the client Serve as information resource – conduct research, compile data, process inquiries and perform special projects as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Consistently provide the highest quality service to Rail Practice Group clients and customers Develop and maintain positive relationships with client’s internal departments Serve as a mentor and provide constructive feedback to and learn from other RPG team members. Meet or exceed all transaction, revenue goals, and objectives within assigned geographic portfolio Monitor critical dates within the portfolio Promptly respond to all customer inquiries

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years real estate experience, preferably with some direct transaction background Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other relevant software Proven ability to manage multiple transactions with accuracy with a sense of urgency
