As a Specialty Infusion Sales Executive, you’ll lead growth efforts across Texas, building lasting partnerships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare teams. You’ll be the connection between innovative therapies and the patients who need them most—driving access, awareness, and results across your territory.

In This Role, You Will:

Grow your territory by developing new referral relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.

Execute sales strategies that align with patient‑first values and organizational goals.

Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Educate providers and staff on specialty infusion therapies and service capabilities.

Address provider and patient needs with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.

Manage your territory like your own business—setting goals, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes that matter.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of healthcare sales experience, ideally within infusion, specialty pharmacy, or home health.

Experience specializing in Immunoglobulin (IG) and/or Neurology‑related therapies preferred.

Solid understanding of medical terminology and the infusion care landscape.

Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.

Self‑motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your territory independently.

Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally.

Bonus Points For:

Demonstrated success in infusion or specialty pharmacy sales.

Familiarity with CPR+ or similar healthcare CRM platforms.

Established relationships with providers in neurology, immunology, or rheumatology.
