Vensure + Division Partners Position Overview

Vensure is seeking a highly skilled

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our onsite team in New York. This role is responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting strategies to support hiring needs across Vensure and its Division Partners. The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to assess staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, professional networks, and proactive outreach efforts Conduct resume screenings and comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers through each stage of the selection process Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a seamless, professional, and transparent experience Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment documentation Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives Represent the organization at recruiting and community events, serving as a brand ambassador Provide timely notifications to non-selected candidates and ensure adherence to recruitment compliance standards Advise hiring managers on best practices related to recruitment, interviewing, and documentation Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel information in accordance with federal and state regulations Qualifications & Competencies

Skills & Abilities

Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting methodologies, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all organizational levels Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred Minimum

2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
