What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience

Provide guidance on HR matters, including termination, resignation, and transfer procedures, while ensuring legal compliance

Lead meetings with clients and external employees regarding workforce reductions and terminations

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance in offboarding activities and audits

Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and monitor ongoing employee relations cases

What is Required (Qualifications)

Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies

Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance

Strong ability to interpret and apply employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions

Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills

Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals

Aptitude for innovating and optimizing HR processes

Tech-savvy with experience collaborating asynchronously on various tools
