What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience
Provide guidance on HR matters related to terminations, resignations, and employment contracts, ensuring legal compliance
Facilitate meetings with clients and external employees regarding separations and settlements
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits
Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and support clients with progressive disciplinary approaches
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, with competencies across the employee lifecycle
Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance
Ability to interpret and apply HR regulations and provide practical solutions in complex situations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations
Business‑level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages considered a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals
Aptitude for process innovation and automation
Experience working in a fast‑paced, asynchronous remote environment
