What You’ll Do

Learn the ins and outs of managing and optimizing multi‑channel paid media campaigns: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Programmatic Display

Translate data into insights and action plans to continuously improve ROI and scale performance

Learn strategy while collaborating with internal teams to deliver measurable growth

Build high‑quality reports and analyses that “wow” clients with the how and why behind the results

Collaborate across all departments at ATRA, learning how each team contributes to client success

Contribute to ATRA’s evolving processes, SOPs, templates, deliverables and media playbooks

A passion for digital marketing and a real interest for a career in paid media. We’re not just an internship for your resume, we’re looking for stars to develop into the next industry leaders

Hands‑on digital marketing classwork or prior marketing internship experience is a plus

Experience with the inner workings of paid media platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus

Google Analytics and/or Google Ads Search Certification(s) are a plus

$22/hour paid internship
