If you have a passion for what we do, you’ll have a direct opportunity to join our growing team full time, with a clear progression plan for your growth within the agency What You’ll Do Gain experience problem solving for client requests, issues and gathering feedback to ensure full client satisfaction Observe and notate business goals and KPIs from various client stakeholders, ensuring we understand the metrics we need to perform towards Learn how to pace and optimize client budgets, create quarterly media plans and plan quarterly strategies tied to goals Collaborate across all departments at ATRA, learning how each team contributes to client success Preparing agendas for internal and external meetings, ensuring the team and client are up to date on projects, deliverables, and timelines Diligently record notes in internal and external meetings, ensuring accurate and detailed action items are recorded for internal teams and clients. Sending organized follow-ups in a timely manner. Gain experience in process workflows via ClickUp (our project management software many agencies use), learning how to assign tasks to specialists with accuracy and track on-time delivery Proactively and effectively communicate internally and externally via multiple channels such as email and Slack Schedule and coordinate recurring client meetings and internal meetings as necessary Contribute to ATRA’s evolving processes, SOPs, templates, deliverables and media playbooks What We’re Looking For Outliers - exceptional students who redefine the standards and are always looking to go above and beyond, whether it’s learning new things consistently or contributing to your school organization, or community A passion for digital marketing and a real interest for a career in Account Management and Client Services.
