We're partnered with one of the Nashville’s go-to exterior subcontractors for roofing and siding, new construction through restoration, residential and commercial. GAF Certified, James Hardie approved, consistent volume, and a strong production team behind you. They're growing their estimating team.
The role
Desk-based, in-office estimating role. You'll own takeoffs for roofing and siding scopes on a steady flow of primarily new construction projects. Fast-paced, high volume, and detail-driven. The sales team brings in the work - you price it right and turn it around on time. What you'll do
Produce accurate material and labor takeoffs for roofing and siding scopes Work from builder plans and spec packages using PlanSwift and AccuLynx Coordinate with sales to hit deadlines and align on scope Hand off clean, complete estimates to production What we're looking for
2+ years estimating roofing, siding, or exterior construction - new construction preferred Experience in PlanSwift and/or AccuLynx, or similar Can read plans and builder spec packages Detail-oriented and organized - you can manage multiple bids without dropping the ball Must be able to commute to the Hendersonville, TN area Consistent volume, an established client base, and a team that's been doing this for nearly a decade.
