Position Overview As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you will represent our clients inside major retail locations, engaging directly with customers to educate them on available products and services. Through interactive promotions and clear communication, you’ll help customers make confident purchasing decisions while building valuable sales and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities Provide professional, customer-focused interactions Assist in executing in-store marketing and promotional campaigns Participate in daily training with senior leadership Develop strong product and service knowledge Support sales initiatives and performance goals
Training & Advancement At Shore Point Marketing, development is structured and intentional. Each team member works alongside an experienced mentor and participates in our Management in Training (MIT) program. This program is designed to develop skills in:
Sales and customer acquisition Marketing strategy and campaign execution Leadership and team development Business operations and performance management Advancement is based on individual performance and results — not seniority.
Qualifications Background in customer service, retail, or sales preferred Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Growth-oriented and team-driven mindset High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
