ECM Analyst Originator
DB's Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Group structures, markets, and executes bespoke equity transactions for corporations and financial institutions (including private equity firms). The team operates on the private side, working alongside client coverage teams in Investment Banking, and product teams such as Strategic Equity, Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance. Example products / transactions executed by ECM include Initial Public Offerings, Follow‑on offerings, Block Sales, At‑the‑market programs and private placements.

What You'll Do
Support origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals, working on a broad scope of assignments for corporate clients in a global firm environment.
Act as a key execution resource working closely with internal partners to create client deliverables and respond to ad‑hoc client requests for maximum impact.
Prepare recommendations on timing, size, structure, and investor universe for potential transactions and communicate findings to team members.
Create and deliver high‑value added financial analysis to targeted universe of clients and prospects.
Follow market and sector trends closely to ensure client materials reflect current backdrop.
How You'll Lead
Assist in coordinating and executing information in collaboration with industry/product groups.
Work closely with internal constituents, lawyers and representatives from other investment banks in the context of deal execution.
Identify issues, gaps and process improvements through open communication both internally and with other bank areas.
Ensure that bank policies and guidelines applicable to the division are complied with to ensure that risk is appropriately mitigated.

Demonstrates assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, with the ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $110,000 to $125,000.
