This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in the Charlotte Metro area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing customer relationships, conducting property showings, assisting clients with buying and selling real estate properties, and negotiating sales. Additional tasks include maintaining market knowledge, handling documentation, and collaborating with the Nestlewood Realty team to support client success. Qualifications

A valid Real Estate License is required. Proficiency in Real Estate, including property management and market knowledge. Customer Service experience with strong client relationship skills. Sales and negotiation expertise to effectively close transactions with clients. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with local real estate trends and the Charlotte Metro area is a plus. Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
