Our client, a growing consumer goods company based in Miami is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its internal talent acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in supporting hiring efforts across multiple departments while partnering closely with leadership to help scale the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment and will be comfortable building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of corporate and operational roles Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and referrals Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience Track recruiting activity and support hiring process improvements Qualifications
