Superintendent & Sr. Superintendent
to lead impactful projects across the Washington, DC area. This is an opportunity to join a well-established builder known for delivering excellence across
Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Light Industrial, Multifamily sectors & more. With a strong pipeline of high-profile work, this company offers the stability of an industry leader combined with a collaborative culture that values leadership, accountability, and professional growth. What You’ll Do: Lead field operations from preconstruction through project closeout Oversee large-scale commercial ground-up builds and complex renovations ($1M–$30M+) Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met Utilize construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) to drive efficiency and communication What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on commercial new construction and renovation projects ($20M+) Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms Willingness to travel within the DMV as project demands require If you’re ready to step into a leadership role with long-term growth potential, submit your resume or email
