What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive strategic sales initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
Manage time and resources effectively to meet sales goals and objectives
Adapt sales processes to meet customer needs and effectively convey product benefits
Conduct business reviews with customers and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff
Stay informed on all service offerings and participate in ongoing sales training
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required; focus in clinical discipline preferred
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales or related experience
Experience in specialty equipment sales (patient handling, wound care, bariatric, etc.)
Must be available to travel up to 60%
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a team-based selling environment
Previous experience selling services in a healthcare context
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of hospital finance, reimbursement, regulatory, and safety practices
Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology
