Construction Superintendent

A top ENR General Contractor is hiring a Superintendent to lead field execution on $20M–$100M ground-up projects across commercial, multifamily, and institutional sectors in the Eagle Valley. Responsibilities: • Lead on-site execution from preconstruction through turnover • Manage site logistics, sequencing, and schedule performance • Develop and maintain CPM schedules (P6) aligned to milestones • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily field activity • Enforce safety standards and QA/QC across all trades • Oversee RFIs, submittals, reporting, and project closeout Qualifications: • Experience leading or supporting ground-up projects in the $30M–$100M range • Ability to manage day-to-day field operations with limited oversight • Working knowledge of CPM scheduling (P6 preferred) • Proven coordination of multiple trades and jobsite activities • Track record of maintaining schedule and quality standards $125K–$175K base + performance bonus 401(k) with match | Medical, dental, vision | PTO + holidays | HSA/FSA Location Requirement: This is a permanent, on-site role in the Eagle Valley (Vail / Eagle / Gypsum). Relocation is required for candidates not currently in the market. This position is tied to active backlog and immediate project needs.
