About the Role
The Superintendent will oversee field operations across a variety of commercial construction projects, including both
tenant improvement (TI) and ground-up work . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple project types and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Project Types Ground-Up Construction Retail, Healthcare, Office, Industrial, Entertainment and more Spec Buildings and Adaptive Reuse (e.g., bank-to-pharmacy conversions) Project sizes ranging from $100K to $20M Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Maintain safety standards and quality control Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders Qualifications 5–7 years of construction experience Experience with both TI and ground-up projects preferred Ability to manage multiple project types and sizes Strong scheduling and coordination skills Team-oriented with a proactive communication style $700/month vehicle allowance (covers all vehicle-related expenses) Annual bonus based on company + individual performance 401(k) with company match PTO starting at 1 week, increasing with tenure Why Join?
