Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst supports the operation and advancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Program by facilitating enterprise awareness and training of risk‑based concepts, policies, and practices. This role provides independent oversight and constructive challenge regarding risks throughout the organization, assists in the planning, development and implementation of operational risk frameworks/measurement methodologies, policies, guidelines, standards and procedures, and supports First and Second Line of Defense activities to mature the enterprise risk management program. The analyst is responsible for executing risk analysis, reporting and support, identifying, measuring, monitoring, and mitigating risks, assessing enterprise and business exposures, evaluating alignment with risk strategy and appetite, and serving as a subject matter expert on the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution. The analyst facilitates workshops, trains key stakeholders, and advises internal stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies. Skills

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing Visually capable of preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading Ability to sit for extended time periods Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel Ability to exert minimum force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects Qualifications

5–8 years of related experience. General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor’s degree. Valid driver’s license not required. About Us

We are excited to offer a competitive salary for this position. The minimum salary for this position is $70,000.00 per year, with potential for higher pay based on experience, skills, education, and location.
