Law firm in Manhattan is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience recruiting in a law firm for a variety of roles. Bachelor's degree is required.
Salary range: 100k - 140k base (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Manage job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
Assist in drafting comprehensive and effective job descriptions.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for candidate sourcing.
Ensure timely feedback and clear communication with candidates.
Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
Utilize recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
Maintain accurate records in ATS systems.
Collaborate on establishing a robust internal recruiting data hub.
Provide feedback and insights on recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in legal or professional services.
Proficiency in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Experience with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
Passion for recruiting and building relationships.
