The Affordable Housing Leasing Compliance Specialist ensures compliance with affordable housing regulations while assisting in the leasing process. Responsibilities include conducting leasing activities, tenant screenings, and coordinating with applicants to collect necessary documentation to determine program eligibility. The role also involves managing compliance-related administrative tasks and staying updated on affordable housing program guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bronx, NY. Qualifications

Experience in Affordable Housing, Social Housing, and Property Management compliance. Background in Case Management and Social Services, particularly in community support programs. Strong understanding of affordable housing program regulations and tenant eligibility requirements. Proficiency in bilingual communication, specifically in Spanish and English, is required. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in affordable housing leasing or compliance is highly beneficial. Proficiency in property management software and basic computer applications.
