Role Overview:
Lead and support a team of bilingual agents while ensuring top-notch customer service delivery. You’ll handle escalations, guide team performance, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage transactions and ensure quality standards
Handle inbound/outbound calls & emails professionally
Track, document, and resolve customer issues
Escalate critical issues when needed
Ensure compliance with processes and service agreements
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish & English) – fluent
1+ year of call center/customer service experience
Strong communication & leadership skills
Ability to work onsite & flexible shifts
2. Bilingual Customer Support Representative
Role Overview:
Support residents, applicants, and prospects through inbound/outbound calls across multiple service areas.
Responsibilities Include:
Handle queries across Maintenance, Resident Services, Renewals, etc.
Deliver xywuqvp excellent customer experience
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish & English) – fluent
6+ months of customer service experience (call center preferred)
Comfortable handling multiple call queues
Flexible to work shifts (9 AM – 8 PM) & weekends
Must be available to work onsite
