What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop, maintain, and deliver sales enablement content including playbooks, training modules, and internal guides
Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training to improve sales performance
Support the creation and deployment of sales tools and assets such as battle cards and pitch decks
Facilitate ongoing training sessions, including live workshops and virtual sessions
Analyze usage and effectiveness of enablement materials, providing recommendations for enhancement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or commercial training, preferably in healthcare technology
Experience supporting B2B sales teams in the healthcare or technology industry
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and concepts (e.g., HIPAA, interoperability)
Strong communication and instructional design capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in creating and delivering training content
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence without direct authority
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and learning platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for performance insights
