What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Support the execution of enablement programs, including onboarding, product launches, and skills development initiatives

Facilitate and support training sessions aligned to strategic enablement priorities

Create, organize, and maintain enablement assets such as playbooks and training materials

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex inputs into actionable resources

Collect feedback from the field to contribute to the continuous improvement of enablement materials and programs

What is Required (Qualifications):

Understanding of adult learning principles and application in performance-driven environments

Familiarity with customer success processes and how enablement supports effectiveness

Experience creating or supporting training or operational resources for revenue teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information

Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Exposure to CRM systems, knowledge management platforms, or enablement tools (e.g., SharePoint, LMS)

Background in instructional design, learning experience design, or curriculum development
