Our client, an association management company, is looking to hire an Association Manager on a temp to perm basis, ASAP!

Responsibilities

Serve as primary staff liaison to assigned client boards and committees

Support board leadership in strategic planning and implementation

Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with client boards

Monitor financial performance and provide regular reporting

Analyze membership data and trends using AMS platforms

Develop sponsorship packages aligned with conference, program, and annual partnership goals

Develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans

Utilize AMS platforms for reporting, membership tracking, and engagement

Plan and execute annual conferences and meetings

Qualifications

3–7+ years of direct association management experience

Experience working in an Association Management Company (AMC) environment preferred

Proven experience managing boards and volunteer leaders

Strong budgeting and financial management skills

Experience using Cvent (or similar event management software)
