A well-funded AI company (fintech vertical) is looking to hire a Product Designer. The founding team have operated as founding members of super high-growth tech companies and have an exit behind them. They're perfectly placed to execute on their very niche domain and have strong backing from top investors.
About you
This role will suit someone who has worked inside an early stage technology company as a Product Designer. The earlier the team, the better. Preferably consumer facing. You will have set up, or helped to set up, a product design function. You will be comfortable in early-stage teams, able to operate with high agency and own end to end design flows. This is a founding level role, which will require a lot of you and comes with significant equity. What we’re looking for
5+ years of product design experience, ideally at early-stage startups A strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex products Experience designing workflows, onboarding flows, or data-heavy interfaces High bar for visual design, interaction design, and craft Comfort working closely with engineers in fast-moving environments
